The Role
The primary responsibility of the Technical Support Specialist I is to support the needs of the company by addressing the IT tickets submitted.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct laptop and workstation support for end users, including troubleshooting and supporting PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communication devices.

Support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade of physical equipment required for business operations.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, resolve, and update company software and systems such as email, OS, and technical programs.

Support IT projects and internal initiatives as directed by Director of IT.

First line of defense for supporting IT issues.

Support end user technology and best practice training.

Integrate, maintain, and monitor user systems.

Train users on hardware and software.

Maintain inventory of equipment, software, licenses, etc.

Uphold the company core values.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be able to follow documented instructions and procedures

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication (written and verbal), and organization skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
