Identify and engage potential clients to create a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to cultivate lasting relationships with clients, understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
Coordinate with internal teams to align business development strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
Prepare regular sales reports for review by the Sales Manager.
Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to align sales efforts.
Provide customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
On-boarding customers activities.
Goal and target-base business development activities.
Identify new products based on analysis.
Visit and participate in domestic and international exhibitions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
