Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for Moldex3D. This role focuses on generating pipeline growth by researching target markets, engaging prospective customers, initiating meaningful conversations, and supporting the sales process from lead generation through qualification and opportunity development.
Key Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell Moldex3D product/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach potential customers through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports on Salesforce
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Continuously improve through feedback
Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher
2+ years sales experience in any industry
Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Highly self‑motivated, with natural ability to work independently, and a great team player
