Now Hiring a Business Development Rep for a locally owned and operated restoration company proudly serving Rock Hill and the surrounding York County areas.
Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, outgoing Business Development / Sales Representative. This role focuses on developing and maintaining referral relationships, driving new business opportunities, and representing our company professionally in the community.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys networking, building long-term relationships, and working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Experience in restoration and/or construction is a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, HVAC companies, real estate professionals, and other industry partners
Promote restoration services including water mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and emergency response
Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and networking activities
Identify new business opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline
Respond promptly to leads and coordinate with operations teams to support clients
Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and local networking groups
Track activities and results using CRM or reporting tools
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship-based marketing
Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property services strongly preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally in the Rock Hill area
