The Mission

Senior Growth Manager
to architect the “plumbing” of our acquisition machine. You aren’t just managing campaigns; you are using code and automation to scale outreach, enrich data, and ensure leads flow seamlessly from discovery to HubSpot. Key Responsibilities & Achievements
Outbound Engineering:
Build and maintain fully automated outbound sequences using enrichment APIs and n8n to deliver hyper-personalized prompts directly to Lemlist.
Data Architecture:
Develop custom dashboards in BigQuery/Looker Studio to track and analyze lead conversion rates across various experimental segments.
Lead Flow Optimization:
Ensure the data pipeline—from initial scraping or lead capture to HubSpot is robust, enriched, and scalable.
Rapid Prototyping:
Leverage Claude Code and AI tools to script quick solutions and automate repetitive growth tasks.
You are a “mission-driven” builder with an autodidact mindset. You don’t wait for a manual; you find the documentation and solve the problem yourself. Hard Skills (Required): Data & SQL: Expert-level SQL (specifically BigQuery). Workflow Automation: Advanced n8n workflow design. Development Tools: Experience with GitHub for version control and Claude Code for rapid script prototyping. CRM Mastery: Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM architecture. Soft Skills: Problem-solving Orientation: You see technical friction as a challenge to overcome, not a roadblock. Independence: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you define the technical “how.” Experience: Strong preference for candidates with Startup/Scale-up backgrounds or previous Technical Roles (Growth Engineer, Data Ops). Note: We value hands-on execution. Former consultants will only be considered if they demonstrate a strong match with the technical requirements above.
