Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Commercial Executive based in Delhi, OH. The Commercial Executive will be responsible for managing and executing commercial activities, following up on leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring superior customer service. The role will also encompass day‑to‑day commercial management tasks and active contribution to achieving the company’s business goals.
Qualifications
Experience in Commercial Management and a strong understanding of commercial processes.
Proficiency in following up and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure timely service delivery and satisfaction.
Strong communication skills that enable clear and effective interaction with clients, partners, and team members.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a client‑first approach in all interactions.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is advantageous.
