
Digital Marketing Manager

Empowered Staffing is partnered with a rapidly expanding senior living organization with more than 50 facilities nationwide. As they continue to scale, they’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and support the company’s digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on paid search, SEO, and website optimization.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize company websites to enhance user experience, improve search engine visibility, and increase conversion rates
Plan, execute, and continuously refine paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads and other pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO enhancements
Lead SEM efforts to drive high-quality traffic, generate leads, and improve ROI
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and alignment across all digital channels
Qualifications
1–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and PPC
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and industry‑standard SEO tools
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance
Experience managing multiple websites, locations, or business units is a plus
Prior experience in healthcare, senior living, or service-based industries is preferred
