Pique is an industry-defining wellness company that operates at the leading edge of performance branding. Our products are grounded in science and nature, our brand is driven by passion and artistry, and our culture is shaped by high performance and individual agency.

Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help create the visual expression of a brand narrative at the intersection of luxury, wellness, and beauty-from-within. Reporting to our Senior Art Director, you will produce the day-to-day design work that shapes how millions of people experience Pique — across email, web, social, paid media, and packaging. This is a role for someone who wants to build craft inside a brand that obsesses over detail, and who is excited to grow under the mentorship of a senior creative leader.

Responsibilities

Execute on-brand design across digital touchpoints — email, landing pages, social media, paid acquisition creative, and product-related assets.

Support the Senior Art Director in extending and maintaining Pique’s visual identity across all customer-facing surfaces.

Produce high-volume, high-quality creative output — moving quickly without compromising on polish.

Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to meet creative needs across campaigns and launches.

Contribute to brainstorms and creative reviews with ideas that push the work forward. Maintain organized design files and help build reusable systems that compound the team’s output over time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in-house at a DTC brand or at an agency serving DTC clients.

Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft in at least one of: luxury, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle categories.

Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color, composition, hierarchy.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and articulate design decisions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Ability to receive and deliver radical candor — non-negotiable.

Enthusiasm for shaping a motivated, talented, and truth-seeking team culture, with a commitment to personal growth and organizational excellence.

Passion for health, wellness, beauty, or mindfulness practices is a plus.

Broad cultural exposure to art, design, architecture, and luxury branding is a plus.

Experience designing for paid social (Meta in particular) is a significant plus.

Motion design experience (After Effects, or equivalent) is a plus.
