
Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. This role manages requests made by the leadership, creative, multimedia and communications teams, coordinates projects and workflows, and supports the execution of campaigns, events, trade shows, and digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing projects across creative, communications, and multimedia teams to keep projects on schedule and ensure deliverables are completed.
Manage and track marketing projects in the project management system (e.g., Asana), ensuring proper prioritization and delegation of tasks.
Support the marketing intake process by turning requests into clear tasks and projects.
Coordinate with approved vendors for printing, promotional products, and other marketing needs.
Ensure materials meet brand standards, including logo usage, messaging, and visual consistency.
Support meetings and trade shows by coordinating materials, logistics, schedules, and vendor contacts.
Manage trade‑show asset inventory and tracking process.
Track basic campaign metrics and provide reporting support as needed.
Manage website lead generation, including tracking, vetting, routing, and follow‑up coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
1‑3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
Strong organizational and project‑coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Experience coordinating events and working with external vendors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with project management systems (e.g., Asana, Monday, Wrike) is a bonus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
