If so, we’re looking for an energetic Communications Coordinator to help drive impactful messaging across internal and external channels.

You’ll play a key role in supporting campaigns, managing content calendars, tracking performance metrics, and helping bring company initiatives to life.
What You’ll Do
Publish and manage engaging content across social media and internal communication platforms
Help shape messaging that supports recruiting, operations, sales, employee engagement, safety, and more
Maintain content calendars and keep communication schedules running smoothly
Track analytics and create reports that measure campaign success and audience engagement
Assist with digital, print, and multi-channel communication campaigns
Support intranet, websites, blogs, surveys, newsletters, and other communication tools
Help coordinate exciting internal events and employee engagement initiatives
Draft, edit, and proofread announcements, updates, and key communication materials
Assist with print projects, mailing campaigns, and distribution logistics
Support vendor coordination and administrative processes as needed
Partner with internal teams to bring communication strategies to life
What We’re Looking For
Associate degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Graphic Design, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
1+ year of communications, marketing, or related experience preferred
Experience using social media and digital communication platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and presentation
Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
