We are seeking a talented individual to join our Qualified Solution Group team. This role will be based in
[location] . This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
Review risk analyses and develop and present innovative underwriting solutions and approaches for client needs and complex risk situations.
Advise clients on moderately complex risks and negotiate transactions to deliver effective placement outcomes.
Respond independently to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee timely production of account/program documents and follow up on policy documentation requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers/reinsurers, clients, and colleagues to provide complex solutions to clients.
Review contract documents and related forms/terms (including bond forms and banking terms and conditions) and support analysis of client financial statements where required.
Qualifications
Broad knowledge of coverage lines, markets, and specialized products to support underwriting and placement decisions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond independently to client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Proven ability to manage deliverables end-to-end, including documentation production and follow-up to completion.
Ability to work independently on assignments while partnering effectively with more senior-level Brokers on larger or more complex clients.

Compensation & Benefits The applicable base salary range for this role is $86,100 to $183,300.
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings, and other retirement programs, as well as employee assistance programs.
