Onsite Luxury New-Development Leasing & PM – South Brooklyn

EXR is seeking a full-time on-site Leasing/Project Manager in New York City for an exciting new development project launching in 2026. You will manage leases and lease administration, deliver exceptional client services, and assist with marketing reporting. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in managing initial lease-ups for luxury developments, knowledge of real estate laws, and strong communication skills. A current NYS real estate license is required, with experience in the South Brooklyn rental market and Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency as bonuses.
