About the Role
Looking for a management position with growth opportunities in the Beauty industry? Amazing Lash Studio® is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio.

Management Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)
Selling all the time.
Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win – serving as a hands‑on role model and providing continuous feedback.
Motivating to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership and retail sales goals.
Captivating a positive culture with team recognition and studio contests.
Maintaining a friendly environment, greeting, assisting, and responding quickly to customer questions and needs.
Creating schedules, managing inventory, overseeing customer service, etc.
Maintaining an impeccable and clean studio.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly.
Availability for early openings and late closings, seven days a week.
Ability to identify and problem‑solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Competent trainer and motivator.
Experience with MindBody software is a plus.
