Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling "office" job, this isn't it.
Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You'll be a hands‑on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
Responsible for the motivation to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.
Captivating a positive culture with team recognitions and studio contests.
Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs.
Creating Schedules, Inventory Management, Customer Service, etc.
Maintains an impeccable and clean studio.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate you.
Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
Competent trainer and motivator.
MindBody Software experience a plus.
