POSITION SUMMARY: Express Employment Professionals in Twinsburg is seeking experienced Roofers for direct hire opportunities in the Warren area. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial roofing systems in a safe, efficient, and high-performing manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, inspect, service, and repair commercial roofing systems
Remove old or damaged roofing materials
Install new materials including asphalt shingles, solar tiles, slate, and metal roofing
Cut, shape, and secure roofing materials to proper specifications
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow all OSHA safety regulations and guidelines
Comply with local building codes related to roof pitch and structural requirements
Review project progress to ensure timelines and deadlines are met
Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
Interact professionally with customers and ensure surrounding property is protected and well maintained
Communicate project updates and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Perform additional duties as assigned
