Sales & Marketing Revenue Analyst Location: Carlsbad, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Salary: $90,000$110,000/year Overview: We are seeking a data-driven Sales & Marketing Revenue Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams, define KPIs, develop analytical models, and support strategic decision-making. This role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and focuses on optimizing revenue performance and marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor revenue KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts using Power BI and CRM tools.
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to support budgeting, pricing strategies, and performance evaluations.
Ensure data integrity across CRM systems and support technological integrations.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic initiatives.
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles.
Proficiency in MS Dynamics, Power BI, CRM systems, and statistical analysis tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience in revenue management and marketing analytics is a plus
