Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, the candidate will support low-complexity initiatives within Business Execution. The role involves reviewing basic operational processes, assisting with workflow execution, and supporting business functions in a structured and compliant manner.
The candidate will work under supervision, follow defined procedures, and contribute to operational efficiency while developing an understanding of business processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day
business operations and execution activities
Review and process
low-risk tasks and deliverables
Work on
queue-based processing and operational workflows
Assist in identifying
process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Document procedures and support
process standardization
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
Ensure
accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail
in all tasks
Quickly learn and adapt to
business operations and systems
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in:
Business Execution, OR
Operations, OR
Strategic Planning, OR
Related work / internship / training
Basic understanding of
business processes and operations
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
Good
communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
banking or financial services operations
Knowledge of
securities industry and processing
Experience working with
queue-based systems
Familiarity with tools like
Smart Station / Beta
Pay Range:
$35 - $38
