This is not a typical AE role
The Role
Mid-market / enterprise
Growth AE (Hunter)
You will:
Generate pipeline
Close deals end-to-end
Own revenue
There is traction and demand but you are expected to create opportunities, not rely on inbound
What Youll Do
Build pipeline via outbound, referrals, and network
Close advertisers spending $5K ? $1M+
Sell a new category (AI-native advertising)
Navigate technical conversations (AI, ad platforms, auctions, formats)
Work directly with a highly technical, product-driven team
Top performers can expand into high-value account growth
Who This Is For
2+ years closing mid-market / enterprise deals
Proven quota attainment
Strong self-generated pipeline
High learning speed (can grasp complex concepts quickly)
Comfortable selling something new
Nice to Have
AI, AdTech, MarTech, or Agency experience
Programmatic / media buying familiarity
Early-stage product sales experience
