Business Development Representative – SSA (Sub-Saharan Africa)
Based in Madrid, this role focuses on expanding Enverus' presence in Sub-Saharan Africa, targeting Power & Renewables markets.
Key Responsibilities
Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them.
Proactively seek new leads and business opportunities in the market.
Use Salesforce tools (CRM, sales engagement platform), cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities.
Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
Identify prospects’ needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Report to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results.
Prospect potential leads by performing market research and identifying new opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Fluent in English (C1-C2).
Prior experience is not required but will be valued.
Empathy and good communication skills via phone and email.
Ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced challenging environment.
Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
Highly self‑driven sense of motivation.
Desired Skills
Studies in Business and Engineering are positively valued.
Other languages are a plus, mainly Portuguese and French.
