motivated Business Development Representative
who wants to learn the craft of consultative selling and grow into an Account Executive role.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and qualify new leads
Connect with potential clients and schedule meetings
Build and manage pipeline activity
Collaborate with Account Executives on opportunities
Assist with proposals and client presentations
Shadow senior reps on client visits and site surveys
Follow up on active opportunities and nurture relationships
Attend networking events and industry groups
Track outreach and activity in Salesforce
Qualifications
0–2 years of sales, customer‑facing, or business development experience
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
High energy, persistence, and competitive drive
Organized and comfortable with outreach activity
CRM or Salesforce experience is a plus (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $48,000 – $54,000 + performance bonuses
401(k) with company match
