Account Based Marketing Specialist – Acquisition ABM Team
Snowflake is seeking a motivated Account Based Marketing Specialist to join our Acquisition ABM team. In this role, you'll apply your passion for marketing and data to plan and execute campaigns targeting our Enterprise Acquisition segment and support our pipeline and revenue goals across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with sales, field marketing, solutions product marketing, sales development, and demand generation teams to design and execute high‑impact programs, including:
Craft tailored messaging by account and target audience to drive new business, accelerate deals, or support cross‑sell/upsell initiatives.
Manage targeted advertising, mailers/swag, and contact discovery efforts.
Develop multi‑threaded, custom digital landing pages.
Coordinate account‑specific research, events, prospecting, and follow‑up with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
1+ years of prior ABM experience or 3+ years in full‑cycle sales, field marketing, field ops, sales ops, rev ops, product marketing, and/or demand generation.
A passion for creative idea generation for unique 1:few and 1:many campaigns, including messaging, targeting, and bespoke programs.
Ability to evolve marketing programs based on performance data analysis, feedback from sales and cross‑functional partners, and understanding of enterprise account nuances.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Bombora, DemandBase, Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools.
Self‑starter who can work successfully in an ever‑changing environment with competing priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management, and time‑management skills.
Interest in exploring and applying AI‑driven marketing programs and use cases to enhance ABM effectiveness.
Benefits & Compensation
Estimated base salary range: $96,000–$126,000.
Eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
