
Business Development Representative

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Business Development Representative
to join our Greenwood Village team. This is a high-impact sales role designed for individuals looking to build or grow a career in physician staffing sales. You’ll gain hands-on experience prospecting new and existing clients, engaging with C-Suite level decision-makers, and developing the foundation to advance into a Business Development Manager role.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and market research
Schedule and participate in meetings with C-suite healthcare leaders
Present physician recruiting solutions to prospective and existing clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
Stay informed on market trends and developments in physician recruitment
Meet and exceed daily and monthly activity metrics (calls, meetings, searches)
Travel 10-20% within the Western region alongside Territory Managers
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of sales experience required
1-2 years of staffing sales experience preferred
Proven success in securing new business
Strong organization and computer skills; Salesforce experience preferred
Skilled in prospecting, cold calling, and presenting
Professional, confident presence with the ability to engage C-suite and medical professionals
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills
Stable work history with verifiable references required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
