Currently we are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our Creative team.

The Senior Producer is a highly hands‑on role at the core of photo and video production for our premium lifestyle brands Nuna and Tavo Pets, owning and driving creative production from planning through execution.

This role leads production projects ensuring they remain organized, on track, and run smoothly across a wide range of scales—from fast‑turn studio work to complex on‑location productions—while maintaining a consistently high standard for quality. This role requires strong time management, decisiveness, and the ability to move quickly through a dynamic workload with precision and follow‑through. A refined visual eye and elevated creative taste are essential, alongside a deep interest in photography, video, digital, and multimedia production, and a curiosity for forward‑thinking production techniques and emerging tools.

The Senior Producer will take ownership at every stage of production, balancing big‑picture outcomes with behind‑the‑scenes execution to deliver elevated brand‑forward visual work. A genuine comfort and enthusiasm for working around children and pets is essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Translate brand vision and creative direction into production‑ready plans while upholding premium visual and experiential standards.

Lead and make independent production decisions from creative alignment and pre‑production planning through on‑set execution.

Manage multiple productions simultaneously, owning schedules, resources, and timelines.

Oversee all pre‑production planning including preparing creative research and creating mood boards to support visual direction, shot lists, shoot schedules and orchestrating all production logistics.

Manage travel arrangements for crew, talent, and internal teams.

Ensure productions meet legal, labor, insurance, and safety requirements by independently identifying risk and determining appropriate safeguards.

Source, book, and manage crew, talent, and production partners including stylists, HMU, digital technicians, local producers, studios, locations, and vendors.

Coordinate model castings, callbacks, bookings, and all associated logistics.

Negotiate and manage vendor, crew, and location costs while protecting creative integrity and budget constraints.

Prepare, distribute, and archive agreements, releases, permits, and contracts.

Track, process, and reconcile production and post‑production invoices across our global organization.

Serve as Senior Producer on set, leading with calm authority and ensuring clear communication, efficiency, and a positive working environment.

Oversee studio and location operations, supporting smooth execution across photography and video shoots.

Manage media ingest and file organization post‑shoot to ensure accurate handoff and continuity.

Support learning and cooperation within the in‑house studio environment.

Partner on special projects and evolving production needs as the studio scales.

POST-PRODUCTION & WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT

Create and assign post‑production tasks following shoot wrap to support efficient workflows and timely delivery in collaboration with the Post‑Production Supervisor.

Collaborate closely with the Global Director, Photo & Video on lifestyle productions and special projects.

PRODUCTION OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS

Create, distribute, and archive call sheets; maintain accurate up‑to‑date production documentation across internal systems and brand production database.

Maintain and update departmental shoot calendars and production tracking tools.

Organize production presentations and materials for internal and cross‑functional partners.

Actively contribute to creative brainstorming, pitching ideas that elevate visual storytelling and brand engagement.

Bring a strong visual sensibility with a high bar for creativity, quality, detail, and consistency.

Stay current on trends across lifestyle, photography, video, and social platforms.

Demonstrate a genuine interest in photographers, filmmakers, and cinematographers shaping the visual landscape.

Show curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, emerging tools, and evolving production technologies.

Demonstrate curiosity and interest in generative, CG, and post‑production‑led creative ideas, with an eagerness to help produce work that is conceived or elevated beyond what’s achievable in‑camera.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience, Knowledge and Education

Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in production coordination, creative operations, or related roles.

Demonstrated experience leading end‑to‑end photo and video productions, both in studio and on location within a lifestyle, fashion or a consumer brand, including pre‑production, on‑set, and post‑production workflows.

Strong experience sourcing, booking, and managing freelance crews, talent, and external production partners.

Experience managing production budgets, vendor negotiations, and invoice reconciliation.

Strong knowledge of production contracts, releases, permits, and insurance requirements.

Advanced knowledge of the digital photo/video space and current trends.

Solid understanding of digital video, social media strategy, and the competitive landscape.

Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film/Video or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent productions with competing timelines and priorities.

Incredibly meticulous, highly organized, and proactive.

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions in complex, fast‑paced production environments.

Passion for photography, video, and visual storytelling.

Adaptable to new tools, processes, and evolving workflows.

Expert Proficiency in:

Color theory

Familiar with:

Project management software, Wrike preferred.

Contract management software; Cobblestone preferred.

Corporate credit card expense management software, BILL Spend & Expense preferred.

Payroll systems, Paycom preferred.

Ability to quickly and proficiently learn new software with ease.

OTHER
As business needs warrant:

Domestic & International travel up to 25%

Ability to work extended hours may, on occasion, include nights and weekends.

Valid Driver’s License and Passport required.

Ability to on occasion lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
