
Marketing Specialist - Lifecycle

Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist – Lifecycle supports the execution and optimization of customer communications across owned channels. This role ensures accurate campaign setup, quality execution, and strong cross‑functional coordination while supporting continuous improvement through testing and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
Execute lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS platforms
Support campaign setup, scheduling, QA, testing, and deployment
Build and manage campaign components within the CRM platform, performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy
Coordinate with Creative, CRM, and Data teams to ensure timely delivery
Manage campaign changes and updates within tight timelines
Support testing initiatives and document results to inform optimization
Assist with reporting and performance tracking
Education / Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
2‑5 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital execution roles
Experience working with email or marketing automation platforms preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Pay Range Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
Annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
