Overview
As the Content Marketing Specialist for ampliFI, this role plays a hands‑on part in executing and owning B2B content and marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, thought leadership, and product adoption. It serves as ampliFI’s lead writer, responsible for transforming complex financial and loyalty concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executives and decision‑makers. The role drives content and campaigns from concept to completion, accountable for content creation, campaign execution, and message consistency.
Responsibilities
Serve as ampliFI’s lead writer, producing high‑quality content across channels—social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and sales materials.
Own content from brief through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice.
Partner closely with design to develop visually compelling, on‑brand assets.
Proactively identify content needs and provide recommendations based on business priorities.
Support internal communications for clarity and consistency across the organization.
Own execution of B2B marketing campaigns from planning through launch.
Manage timelines, assets, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Execute content distribution across key channels (LinkedIn, website, email, etc.).
Identify gaps, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure initiatives continue moving without delays.
Own execution of Google Ads campaigns, including setup, asset coordination, keyword alignment, and performance monitoring.
Apply established frameworks to build and optimise monthly campaigns.
Support execution and optimisation of LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including creative coordination and setup.
Monitor paid media performance and make data‑driven optimisations to improve results.
Develop and publish thought leadership content that supports ampliFI’s positioning in the financial services and loyalty space.
Compile and synthesize competitive and industry research, along with internal insights and product capabilities, into relevant, performance‑driven content.
Take initiative in identifying topics, angles, and opportunities to strengthen ampliFI’s voice in the market.
Maintain and update website content to improve clarity, engagement, and SEO/AI search performance.
Track and report on content and campaign performance across key channels.
Monitor performance trends and proactively recommend optimisations.
Use data to refine messaging, content, and campaign execution over time.
Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or related roles.
Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Exceptional writing and editing ability; strong storytelling skills across formats.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content.
Superior organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing focus.
Experience executing campaigns that drive measurable growth and engagement.
Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress; Adobe Creative Cloud a plus).
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in financial services, payments, or loyalty/rewards.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid social platforms.
Experience contributing to SEO and AI‑driven content optimisation.

Work Arrangement
Based at ampliFI’s Naperville, IL corporate office; hybrid role requiring onsite reporting Tuesday‑Thursday weekly.
National remote opportunities require residency in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI.
Physical Requirements
Requires extended periods of sitting or standing, using computers, phones, and other office equipment. Visual acuity and manual dexterity needed for reading documents and handling materials. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Frequent phone communication required.

Compensation
Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000. Final salary may vary based on education, experience, performance, and other factors.
