Location: Remote (Primary) with occasional on-site work, increasing up to 2 days per week once the Redding, CA office is established. Must be within driving distance.
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Compensation: Hourly Non-Exempt
Responsibilities
Maintain and update the marketing master calendar in Monday.com, tracking campaigns, launches, and activations from planning through completion
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and task progress to support on-time completion, ensuring updates are accurately reflected in Monday.com
Prepare and organize project briefs and assist with task assignments under the direction of the Director of Marketing
Coordinate communication between marketing, creative, and operations teams to support smooth project execution
Schedule and facilitate weekly marketing syncs; document action items and follow up on next steps
Compile and update campaign status reports, dashboards, and key metrics for review by marketing leadership
Support the maintenance of templates, SOPs, and workflow resources within Monday.com to promote consistency and organization
Coordinate vendor communication, including purchase order tracking and invoice submission for marketing projects
Assist in updating and refining templates and checklists to improve workflow efficiency over time
Support scheduling, logistics, and documentation for marketing meetings, photo shoots, and events
Help maintain organization and consistency across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, supporting timely execution
Utilize (or learn to utilize) AI tools to improve personal productivity and support project coordination efforts across the team
