
Indirect Tax Analyst

We are supporting a rapidly expanding organization seeking an experienced Sales & Use Tax Consultant / Tax Specialist to provide hands‑on, onsite support for a lean and growing tax department. This role will focus heavily on indirect tax, particularly sales & use tax and personal property tax, with additional year‑end and compliance responsibilities. Great company and culture!
What You Will Work On
Prepare and support sales & use tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
Assist with personal property tax compliance
Manage 1099 filings and year-end reporting
Support ongoing indirect tax compliance and process improvements
Collaborate closely with a small, highly efficient tax team (approximately 5 total team members)
What You Will Bring
3–5+ years of experience in sales & use tax, with exposure to personal property tax
Strong indirect tax specialization preferred over a generalist background
Experience working in fast‑growing or lean tax environments
Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week
Experience with OneSource and/or Oracle strongly preferred
Familiarity with Avalara and Power Query is a plus
Prior experience with these systems is not required, but highly advantageous
