Territory:
Traveling between Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio
Position Overview As a Merchandising Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by ensuring that tobacco products are effectively displayed, organized, and promoted across retail locations within your assigned territory. This hands‑on role requires travel between Cincinnati and Columbus, as you will be setting up displays, resetting product layouts, and maintaining the overall look of point‑of‑sale (POS) merchandising materials.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to multiple retail locations within Cincinnati and Columbus to execute merchandising objectives for customer tobacco products.
Install, set up, or replace product displays, racks, and signage in accordance with company standards.
Reset product shelves, rotate inventory as needed, and ensure planogram compliance.
Replace or update point‑of‑sale (POS) materials to promote featured products and current promotions.
Monitor in‑store inventory levels and ensure products are attractively presented and accessible to customers.
Take photos or provide reports documenting completed work, and note any issues or needs for follow‑up service.
Build positive relationships with store personnel and maintain professionalism as a company representative.
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior merchandising experience; experience handling tobacco products preferred.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand, walk, or move about for extended periods during a shift.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage time efficiently, and stay organized while traveling between locations.
Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly between Cincinnati and Columbus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow set merchandising standards and instructions.
Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a customer‑focused attitude.
