Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruitment activities in Singapore, partnering with local HR Business Partners and COE teams to deliver effective recruitment solutions within agreed timelines and cost parameters. The role also supports onboarding, compliance, cost stewardship and enhances employer branding and talent market mapping to ensure a proactive and value-driven recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection: Support recruitment activities in Singapore by partnering with local HR Business Partners and COE teams to deliver effective recruitment solutions within agreed timelines and cost parameters. Contribute to process improvements and consistency in recruitment practices.

Support the effective use of global recruitment platforms and careers portals. Assist in promoting Cushman & Wakefield's brand and EVP to attract suitable talent in Singapore.

Talent & Market Mapping: Support talent and market mapping activities, including identifying potential talent pools and assisting with research for key roles.

Employee Value Proposition: Work closely with Marketing and Communications to support promotion of the EVP and ensure consistent messaging across recruitment channels in Singapore.

Onboarding: Support a consistent onboarding approach in Singapore by coordinating with HR COEs and local HR teams to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, internal moves, and M&A integrations.

HR Systems and Technology: Work with HR Operations COE and Global Technology Services to support use of HR technology platforms (Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn, and other HR applications).

Governance & Compliance: Support compliance with HR policies, processes, and legislative requirements by following established guidelines and procedures.

Financial Stewardship: Support cost-effective recruitment practices and vendor management, including monitoring recruitment-related spend in line with budget guidelines.

Perform other related duties as required or requested.

About You

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or human resources.

At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience within an in-house or RPO environment. Experience handling volume recruitment is required.

Exposure to Commercial Real Estate / Facilities Management recruitment in Singapore is preferred but open to candidates from other industries.

Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding tools.

Experience supporting recruitment programmes and working with HR COEs and local recruitment teams.

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to change.

Demonstrates professionalism, resilience, and a collaborative mindset.
