We are seeking an expierenced Cellphone Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of devices. As a Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of devices for our customers.
Duties:
- Conduct equipment repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize hand tools and technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software problems.
- Familiarity with iOS, Windows, and other operating systems to troubleshoot issues.
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in soldering techniques for component-level repairs.
- Perform field service visits to address on-site repair needs.
Experience:
- Proven experience in cellphone repair.
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
