Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager.

You’ll work warm inbound leads, follow up on opportunities, manage customer accounts, prepare quotes, help close business, and build long-term relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying organized, solving problems, and helping customers move projects forward.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound leads quickly by phone and email
• Follow up consistently on quotes and open opportunities
• Manage customer relationships and repeat business
• Prepare quotes and recommend products
• Help close new opportunities
• Coordinate with internal production and operations teams
• Keep CRM activity organized and updated
• Deliver a strong customer experience

Qualifications

• Sales, account management, or customer service experience
• Comfortable on the phone and following up
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Motivated and goal oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Promotional products, printing, apparel, or B2B experience is a plus
