We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Call Center team as Customer Service Representatives. This is an entry-level positionno prior call center experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Customer Service Representative for a Call Center Details
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 21.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Answer inbound calls and return callbacks from customers
Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat
Assist callers with account status, basic requirements, and next steps
Review new customer enrollments and voicemail messages
Perform follow-ups on expired or pending accounts
Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Customer Service Representative for a Call Center Qualifications
Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to learnno experience required
Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
