Associate Consultant
This role is focused on leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects that support strategic client objectives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, from planning and scoping through delivery and post-implementation follow-up. Acting as both a project leader and trusted advisor, you will work closely with stakeholders, executive sponsors, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position requires strong analytical thinking, structured execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will also play a key role in improving processes, enhancing delivery quality, and driving operational excellence across initiatives. Accountabilities:
Lead mid-to-large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and workstreams
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure effective execution and alignment
Partner with executive sponsors and stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and success criteria
Develop and implement communication plans, ensuring clear and consistent updates to all stakeholders
Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting, insights, and recommendations
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements across project workflows
Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure alignment with defined objectives and service level agreements
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations are consistently met or exceeded
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in project management or consulting within a complex, cross-functional environment
Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder groups
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly across all organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting and synthesizing data into actionable insights
Proficiency with standard business tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability in matrixed environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and competing demands effectively
Client-facing experience with a strong understanding of business needs and service delivery expectations
Self-directed mindset with the ability to work independently while escalating appropriately when needed
