Penney - - Responsibilities: Investigate theft and fraud across stores and assist with internal investigations; Collect investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations; Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with law and policy; Document apprehensions, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise; Assist with incident investigations and support store leadership during investigations and court proceedings as required
