Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid Houston, TX)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts
Provide day-to-day client support and renewal management
Communicate with carrier underwriters and clients to resolve service needs
Obtain and evaluate quotes from multiple carriers
Prepare submissions and applications for new and renewal business
Track renewals, expirations, and binders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Create coverage comparisons and identify gaps in coverage
Recommend coverage enhancements and risk solutions
Assist clients through claims processes as needed
Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling
Maintain accurate records within agency management systems
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial insurance (agency or underwriting)
Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
Active Texas Property & Casualty License required
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with Applied Epic and/or CSR24 is a plus
Industry designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU) or pursuit of certifications preferred
