Position Overview
Marketing Analytics Manager (Data Analytics Manager)

Work Arrangement: 100% in-office. Candidates must work from a corporate hub five days a week; hybrid or remote work is not an option.

Location: On-Site Required – CO, NV, TX, or UT.

Salary Range: Eligible to earn a base salary of $95,250 - $134,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis on key marketing initiatives and prepare executive reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI to inform strategic decisions.

Proficient in data modeling, transformation, cleansing, and creating data logic and queries.

Oversee digital campaign efforts to track performance and recommend strategy.

Provide actionable insights by analyzing marketing data from multiple channels to support planning, execution, and optimization.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, business teams, data architects, and data engineers to ensure data integrity and alignment with goals.

Manage vendor relationships.

Oversee public-facing web properties, including controls on publishing, using analytics to measure results and inform strategy.

Act as liaison with martech, growth marketing, agency, and segment marketing teams.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Adobe suite, SQL strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in marketing, data science, analytics, information systems, statistics, or a related field. Managerial/supervisory experience required.

Working knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics across interactive, digital, and print channels.

Familiarity with banking products and services.

Ability to manage large projects, complex budgets, and agile product development.

Strong management, organizational, and communication skills.

Solid client relationship, project management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

High‑quality work standards and leadership capabilities.

Creativity and resourcefulness in decision‑making and problem‑solving.
