Digital Marketing Specialist owns execution of revenue‑driving digital programs across key Stow brands, including but not limited to EasyClosets and Inspired Closets, directly accountable for weekly lead volume targets. This role is the operational engine of generating and converting demand — running campaigns, managing automation, and ensuring lead data integrity throughout the CRM. Using AI‑powered tools to amplify throughput and surface insights faster, this position enables smarter, faster execution across paid search, paid social, marketing automation, and agency coordination without sacrificing rigor or precision.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition Execution

Plan, execute, and optimize acquisition tactics across paid search, paid social, and emerging demand channels, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid strategy, and budget management.

Manage daily budgets across all demand channels to maintain consistent lead volume for each portfolio brand.

Proactively identify performance gaps, test hypotheses, and bring data‑backed solutions forward before issues escalates.

Support affiliate marketing program: performance monitoring, partner approvals, and campaign optimization.

Marketing Automation & CRM

Build, test, and deploy automated programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: nurture flows, triggered sends, audience segmentation, and re‑engagement campaigns.

Maintain lead data integrity in Salesforce CRM

Support Sales team with CRM tooling

Onboard and support new Sales team members on CRM and lead management tools.

Reporting & Analytics

Own daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards — on‑time, accurate, and with clear performance commentary.

Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for comprehensive tracking and attribution.

Implement and maintain tracking tags across brand properties; serve as a reliable data resource for cross‑functional stakeholders who need community and campaign data to make decisions.

Monitor performance trends across all channels and surface insights to the Performance Marketing Manager proactively.

Prepare performance summaries ahead of leadership reviews.

Agency & Partner Coordination

Coordinate with agency partners on campaign delivery; track against commitments and flag risks early.

Manage Jira stories from brief through QA to ensure timely, spec‑compliant deliverables.

Support the Performance Marketing Manager in agency performance alignment conversations.

SEO Execution & Support

Partner with the SEO agency to support on‑page and technical SEO execution, including metadata updates, internal linking, and content briefs aligned to target keyword strategy.

Conduct keyword research to identify organic search opportunities across EasyClosets and Inspired Closets, informing both SEO and paid search strategy.

Perform routine site audits using tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or Semrush to surface crawl errors, indexing issues, and ranking gaps.

Monitor organic search performance metrics — impressions, clicks, CTR, and keyword rankings — and include SEO trends in the weekly/monthly KPI reporting cadence.

Coordinate with web and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in new page builds, landing pages, and content updates.

Support competitor analysis and SERP monitoring to track share of voice and flag strategic shifts in organic visibility.

Salesforce & Technical Execution

Partner with internal teams and third‑party Salesforce partners to write, test, and validate stories that execute marketing programs end‑to‑end.

Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and translate marketing strategy into clear, actionable requirements for non‑technical and technical stakeholders alike.

Develop and execute a defined AI learning plan, actively expanding proficiency in AI‑powered tools to drive faster, smarter marketing execution.

Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience

3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience; agency background a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Demonstrated experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns with measurable results.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platform.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platform.

Google Ads — campaign build, optimization, and reporting.

Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.

Salesforce CRM — reporting and lead management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into clear action.

High attention to detail in reporting accuracy and campaign QA.

Effective communicator across marketing, sales, and agency partners.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

Proactive problem‑solver who surfaces issues and solutions without being prompted.

Comfortable using AI‑powered tools to increase throughput and surface insights faster.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Seated at workstation approximately 85% of work time.

Standing and walking approximately 15% of work time.

Ability to travel between plant and office locations.

Ability to work overtime or occasionally on weekends with short notice.
