Job Responsibilities

Inputting data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.

Running reports to check for data accuracy and completeness.

Maintaining physical and digital records for easy accessibility.

Communicating with team members or departments to clarify data requirements.

Adhering to company procedures and data management best practices.

Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Handling customer inquiries via phone and email courteously and professionally.

Providing accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Greeting visitors and offering assistance.

Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments.

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Delivering administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation departments.

Managing designers’ appointment calendars.

Adhering to customer service policies and procedures.

Meeting or exceeding performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

Proactive and capable of taking ownership of tasks.

Ability to master processes.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
