As our services continue to grow, we are seeking a qualified Business Development Representative to further expand our success within the shale industry. This role will be focused on new client development for newbuild electric fracturing fleets & existing electric fracturing fleet placements. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated & driven to help Evolution Well Services achieve continued success & growth.
OBJECTIVES:
Lead Evolution's pursuit of new hydraulic fracturing business
Develop & manage new business sales pipeline with E&P stakeholders
Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities with major shale oil & gas producers
Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
Assist company in positioning the electric fracturing technology platform as the platform of choice for hydraulic fracturing
Use technical acumen & relationship with operations team to ensure successful transition to operations with new clients
Manage existing Customer contracts and relationships
Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
Qualifications SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (technical preferred)
3+ years Hydraulic Fracturing sales experience
Strong Hydraulic Fracturing Operations understanding
Extensive relationships within E&P sector and ability to build new relationships
Strong presentation skills
Financial acumen to build proposals that meet company financial targets
Proven ability to plan and manage to achieve challenging targets

The Business Development Representative works indoors in an office setting, primarily sitting for extended periods of time at a desk station, keyboarding and using repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and or fingers. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus while reading and staring at computer monitor. They will also need to speak clearly and audibly, as well as have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and /or other sounds (e.g., building alarms) deriving from in-person speech, telephone, or other remote speech. No adverse environmental conditions are expected. While in the office, the Business Development Representative may be called upon to stand, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, climb, and lift; therefore, the Business Development Representative should be able to lift 25 lbs. independently.
Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
