A dynamic Advertising agency based in Westville is looking for a Head of Influencer & Creator Marketing to lead and scale their creator and influencer function across multiple brands and platforms.

What you will do

Develop and execute influencer and creator marketing strategies aligned to brand and campaign objectives

Identify, vet, and build strong partnerships with influencers and content creators

Lead and manage in‑house creators, ensuring high‑quality, platform‑relevant content output

Drive engagement strategies to build and nurture online communities

Oversee campaign execution from briefing to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights

Manage budgets, negotiate rates, and ensure ROI across influencer campaigns

Collaborate with internal teams including creative, strategy, and account management

Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, brand standards, and legal requirements

Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and creator marketing playbooks

What we are looking for

Proven experience in influencer or creator marketing, ideally within an agency environment

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital content strategies

Experience managing creators or leading a small team

Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously

Strong project management and organisational skills

Creative thinker with a commercial and results‑driven approach

Confident communicator, both internally and client‑facing
