Humann is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our creator program. This hands‑on, relationship‑first role manages our influencer and ambassador network, ensures authentic, brand‑aligned content and measures success.
Creator Sourcing & Outreach
Identify, vet, and recruit influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms focusing on health, fitness, wellness and longevity.
Manage a high‑volume outreach schedule, balancing quality and scale.
Build and maintain a creator pipeline across micro, mid‑tier and macro partnerships.
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Humann’s creator network.
Develop authentic, long‑term relationships with ambassadors.
Manage gifting, seeding and product‑fulfilment logistics.
Oversee contract execution and ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and brand standards.
Campaign Execution
Brief creators clearly and collaboratively, balancing brand guidelines with creative freedom.
Manage content‑approval workflows and timelines to keep campaigns on track.
Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and Paid Media Manager to repurpose creator content across owned and paid channels.
Support campaign moments (product launches, key retailers and partnership activations) with creator integration.
Program Operations
Own the influencer CRM, keeping records, content rights, performance data and communication history organized.
Own the day‑to‑day relationship with the agency partner: briefing, campaign coordination and performance accountability.
Track deliverables and hold creators accountable to agreed timelines.
Manage program budgets, including agency and platform fees, creator payments and gifting.
Analytics & Performance
Track and report influencer KPIs such as impressions, engagement, CPM and revenue drivers.
Benchmark Humann’s creator performance against competitors and category leaders.
Report on program performance regularly and use data to iterate and improve.
Stay ahead of creator‑community trends, algorithm changes and social‑landscape shifts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of influencer marketing or creator partnership experience; category experience in health, wellness or CPG preferred.
Experience managing a high‑volume creator network and scaling relationships while maintaining brand personalization.
Strong written communication skills; able to pitch creators, drive passion for products and craft effective briefs.
Familiarity with influencer‑management platforms such as Grin, Aspire or CreatorCore.
Solid understanding of FTC disclosure requirements and content‑rights basics.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented and self‑directed.
A disrupter mentality that thrives in whitespace.
