Responsibilities
Collaborate with all divisions to highlight company culture and employee stories
Create and manage content for digital signage across our locations, highlighting benefits, safety, performance, employee recognition, and hiring opportunities.
Support workplace communications displays to reinforce company culture and key business messages
Develop visual content that engages employees and promotes our employer brand across all locations
Assist in planning and scheduling content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok as applicable).
Create engaging content including posts, short videos, and graphics aligned with our brand voice.
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments/messages as appropriate
Track and report on engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach)
Support campaigns for hiring and brand awareness and company initiatives
What You'll Learn

Social media analytics and performance tracing

Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with digital media platforms and trends
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus
Organized, proactive, and results driven
Schedule
Open to Part Time or Full Time during weekdays
