
Associate Marketing Manager

We are looking for a multi-dimensional Associate Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will collaborate across teams to bring campaigns to life across paid, earned, and owned channels. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level marketer who enjoys working across multiple facets of marketing—from campaign execution to performance analysis—and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and web
Launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, DSPs, CTV)
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results
Manage campaign budgets, track spend, and assist with budget reporting
Work with Analytics & Campaign Managers to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across channels, including conversion tracking and attribution
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deploy digital assets, website updates, and email campaigns while ensuring the accuracy of outputs for each channel
Support website performance optimization and SEO initiatives to improve traffic and engagement
Assist with marketing analytics, reporting, and data validation as needed
Support marketing automation and MarTech platforms as needed
Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DSPs)
Working knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SEO principles and website optimization
Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel, Google Tag Manager)
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., Terminus, 6sense)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
