Owning the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, the full-time Campaign Marketing Manager will drive awareness, trial, and subscription growth among educators and parents in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities

Plan and run end-to-end campaigns across digital channels, optimizing performance and documenting insights
Develop campaign briefs and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences, collaborating with creative teams
Set campaign goals, track performance, report ROI, and build reusable templates and playbooks for future campaigns

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in B2C campaign marketing, preferably in EdTech or subscription B2C SaaS
Proven track record of owning integrated campaigns from brief to post-mortem with measurable performance data
Fluency in campaign analytics and attribution tools such as GA4 or HubSpot
Experience managing budgets and making strategic tradeoff decisions
Strong writing skills for campaign briefs, email subject lines, and stakeholder updates that maintain a consistent voice
