Job Description Bachelors or Masters degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding role supporting children from birth to age 5 as a School Psychologist on a full-time, contract basis for the upcoming academic year. This opportunity spans from July 6, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with either a 205-day or 215-day contract option. You will be making a meaningful impact in the Salem/South Marion County and Yamhill County regions, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to foster positive outcomes for young learners. Key Qualifications:Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure (state requirements must be met)Experience or strong interest in early childhood assessment and interventionKnowledge of social, emotional, and behavioral development in young childrenCommitment to culturally responsive and family-centered servicesEffective communication and collaboration skillsStrong documentation and organizational abilities Main Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for children ages birth to fiveCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community agenciesDevelop and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and provide recommendations for supports and interventionsDeliver consultation, support, and professional development to educators and parentsSupport transition planning and early childhood programming This contract role offers a chance to work alongside dedicated professionals passionate about early childhood education.
