* Tertiary Referral Hub and Academic Medical Center:
* Multi-specialty department including orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, physiatrists
* Strong referral network
* Favorable Call Schedule:
* Residents take first call, no trauma call required
* Call opt out option for providers 55+ years of age
* Light Academic Requirements:
* 10% teaching of medical students, residents and fellows
* No research required
* Easily attainable rank promotion standards
* Leadership Available:
* Various leadership opportunities available based on interests
Compensation & Benefits :
* $700K to $750K proven earnings with n o cap on RVUs
* Generous Retirement Package: $35K annual contribution
