Multi-specialty department including orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, physiatrists
Strong referral network
Favorable Call Schedule:
Residents take first call, no trauma call required
Call opt out option for providers 55+ years of age
Light Academic Requirements:
10% teaching of medical students, residents and fellows
No research required
Easily attainable rank promotion standards
Leadership Available:

Compensation & Benefits
:
$700K to $750K
proven earnings with n o cap on RVUs
