What You’ll Do
Own key aspects of the
month-end close process , ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Prepare and analyze
profit center reporting , including variance analysis against budget and forecasts
Lead
inventory reconciliations , investigate discrepancies, and implement controls to minimize risk and loss
Perform and review
account reconciliations , resolving outstanding items efficiently
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions through
financial analysis and insights
Assist with
budgeting and forecasting
processes, including rolling forecasts
Help identify performance indicators and implement tracking mechanisms
Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure
consistent reporting and process alignment
Support ad hoc reporting, leadership presentations, and financial inquiries
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
2–5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
Experience working with
inventory, cost accounting, or high-volume transactional environments
(logistics, manufacturing, or similar preferred)
Strong proficiency in
Excel
and experience with ERP systems
Solid understanding of
financial reporting standards and internal controls
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
