Program Management Office Lead (Michigan)

We’re seeking a PMO Lead to drive governance and delivery oversight on a large-scale infrastructure programs for our client across the US.

Key Responsibilities
Lead PMO governance, cadence, and executive reporting
Own the integrated master schedule and critical path alignment
Drive risk, issue, and change control processes
Act as the single source of truth for program status and decisions
Coordinate across stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges
Ensure alignment across quality, commissioning, and handover

Requirements
Experience in PMO leadership or senior program/project management
Background in mission-critical projects (data centers, healthcare, industrial)
Strong scheduling and controls expertise (P6/MS Project)
Proven stakeholder management and decision-making capability
