We are partnering with a high-growth healthcare technology organization seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst (Contract) to support and help scale its Financial Planning & Analysis function. This role will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, particularly within Customer Experience, to drive financial insights and operational performance.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can translate data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives while helping improve processes and systems across the FP&A function.

Responsibilities:

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and recurring reports, including Board-level materials
Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses and support strategic initiatives for Finance leadership
Partner cross-functionally to understand business drivers and provide actionable insights
Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and scalable systems
Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution
Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to improve modeling, reporting, and efficiency while ensuring accuracy through validation

Qualifications:

3–5 years of FP&A or related finance experience (preferably in tech or healthcare)
Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modeling
Advanced proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets
Experience with Adaptive Planning (OfficeConnect required) and ERP systems such as NetSuite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
